Biography:

Graduated with a Mechatronics Engineering Degree from the Technological University Gral. Escobedo also completed a technical degree in Electronics and Automation from the same University. He has diplomas in Automation, artificial vision systems, Lean Manufacturing, Leadership, and certification such as ISO internal auditor.

His professional experience is broad through several turn key projects and initiatives developed in Latin America working as Engineering Manager at AMT, also  international and domestic industries, from NUOVA OMPI S.R.L.(Setevanato Group) a manufacturer of containers for the pharmaceutical industry, where he held positions as Supervisor of Maintenance Electronics; GE Prolec where he was responsible for the maintenance activities in the low voltage lines and at Nemak the largest independent manufacturer of automotive blocks in the world, where he worked as an intern and in the maintenance department.

His experience working on metal cutting technologies over 10 years at AMT, developed technical documents and several new technologies road maps on different levels of the supply chain, OEM, Tier1, Tier2, Tier 3 and job shops (different sizes).

Industrial Market intelligence, technology consumption and new technologies created for the industry on different sectors are knowledge that Daniel has been strengthened during his experience working at AMT

Daniel is widely versed in PLC systems from Siemens to Allen Bradley. During his work at OMPI, he spent a year in Padua, Italy as part of the transition team to develop the technology to be installed at OMPI’s facility in Monterrey, Mexico. Daniel is fully fluent in Italian & English.

Daniel works with AMT since 2012 and has participated in AIM Conference as well as other manufacturing technology shows in Mexico and the US.
