David Sánchez
Biography:
David is a doctoral (Ph.D.) student at the Politecnico di Milano and the Universidad de los Andes. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad EAFIT and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
He has worked on various research subjects related to industrial digitization for the last three years. Such topics include intelligent maintenance, data analysis, and cyber-physical systems (CPS). His research trajectory has led him to research the integration of digitalization technologies into asset management.
David has assisted in multiple university courses in mechanical engineering throughout his career, focusing on digitization in machinery dynamics, intelligent maintenance, and using data processing and visualization tools in the CAD CAM CAE field.
He is the author and co-author of several publications related to digitization published in international scientific conferences and journals.
